Tires are hauled under our DEQ used-tire transporter authorization, S-14211. Add-ons cover special handling or a separate disposal outlet.

- Photos or a walkthrough. Most small structures get a flat price from photos; garages, barns and interiors get a free visit.
- A written flat price before anything comes down.
- Tear-down and haul-off with our own crew and trailers.
- Scrap stays with Oasis. The flat price you're quoted is the price you pay.
- Cleanup. Nails, debris and the pad or slab left clean.
We sub under GCs
We started as a subcontract tear-out crew and still do most of our work that way: COI on file before we're on site, your company as additional insured on request, same-day photos and one invoice.

Do you do interior demolition?

Yes, as heavy debris: +$75 and up depending on volume.
